The subject of competition is the IT equipment used in air navigation systems, such as servers, workstations and communications equipment. The equipment to be acquired is intended to replace existing TopSky air navigation system equipment in use in Finland, the oldest of which have been in service since 2009.
Competitive equipment shall be divided into five categories, for the acquisition of which a framework arrangement is established:
1. Monitors
2. Servers and workstations
3. KVM
4. Communication devices (switches, media converters, routers, firewalls)
5. Accessories
The above categories are competitive in separate groups (group-by-group bids allowed) and can be obtained from different suppliers. Two editors are selected for each category. The offer can be made in one or more categories by filling in the attached Equipment List/Price Attachment only the tabs you wish to offer. The benchmark price is defined separately for each group.
Competition, exceptionally, applies only exactly to the devices listed on the device list and their models. Other models of the same manufacturer or similar products from other manufacturers are unacceptable because only the types and models mentioned in the list have been validated and approved by the air traffic control system supplier.
