This market is a full-service market.

This market includes:

- delivery and on-site placement of distributors at the locations indicated by the contracting authority;

- the necessary connections;

- supply to distributors at the time of installation and during the term of the contract;

- commissioning of distributors;

- delivery of orders for consumables on site and replenishment of distributors;

- regular maintenance of the distributors (the tenderer will include the maintenance program with his tender);

- telephone assistance during office hours;

- breakdown assistance;

- removal of distributors at the end of the contract.

The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of hot drink distributors depending on the organization and / or restructuring of the services.
