The Human Facility Management department (hereinafter HFM) of ProRail wishes to create a pleasant working environment. An environment in which we provide a different role for food and drink. 'Working' and 'eating' in the office has changed dramatically since the contraction of our caterer ten years ago. The changing function of the office — from traditional working to meeting — offers new opportunities. It requires a new way of looking at food and drinks in the office environment.
To this end, HFM wishes to contract a food director/cooperation partner for the period of up to 8 years in one purchase demand in one plot. The ambitions, objectives, scope, way of cooperation and requirements are included in the Programme of Requirements. For the coherence of all documents, please refer to the reading guide, under section 1.2 of this document.
