1. The subject of the contract is substitute bus transport for the carriage of travellers on the routes:

2. a) Koszalin – Mścice – Koszalin (including 1 daily course Koszalin – Kołobrzeg), from 25.09.2023 to 03.10.2023,

3. b) Tychowo-Wielanowo-Tychowo from 04.10.2023 to 09.11.2023,

- as a substitute for those carried out by POLREGIO S.A. rail passenger transport, in connection with modernization works planned by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.

4. The expected mileage of buses without adding commuting (empty mileage) in the period of the basic order is about 12 918 km., including:

a) Koszalin – Mścice – Koszalin (including 1 daily course Koszalin – Kołobrzeg) 2358 km,

(b) Tychowo-Wielanowo-Tychowo 10 560 km.,

5. The description of the subject of the contract, including the detailed conditions for the performance of the contract, is included in the model contract on this public contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.

6. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial or variant bids.
