The project consists of the requalification of the La Macérienne industrial wasteland into a "Third Place" hosting associative and cultural activities, catering, shops and offices, making it possible to participate in the revitalization of a polarity on the Mézières side and partly in connection with the Cabaret Vert festival. This mix of programmes is supported by several identified operators.
