Medical services with the aim to prevent any risk on occupational health matters and to carry out the functions and obligations attributed to the Contracting Authorities by the staff regulations.
The scope of Lot 1 is the provision of medical services of a Medical Centre. The tasks of the Medical Centre under the Framework Contract will consist of:
— Task 1: Laboratory tests and exams of job applicants to be employed by the Contracting Authority with the aim to support the Contracting Authority Medical Advisor’s decision as to whether a job applicant is fit for work (Pre-Recruitment Medical Examinations);
— Task 2: Preventive laboratory tests and exams of the Contracting Authority’s staff members depending on their gender, age, clinical history and on the risks connected to the job (Annual Medical Check-Ups).
The scope of Lot 2 is the provision of medical advice consisting of:
— services of a medical advisor,
— services of a nurse,
— advice on psychosocial matters,
— services of an external psychologist, and
— services of an occupational health risk prevention advisor.
The scope of Lot 3 is the provision of medical advice consisting of the management and control of absences of the Contracting Authority’s staff through a qualified doctor (the so called ‘Medical Controller’).
