Extent
The procurement covers a comprehensive range of plant material, shrubs and trees. Examples of products that are in demand can be found in the attached price and product specification. The quantities indicated are intended for tender evaluation only. For each position in the price and product specification, only one price may be provided. The price and product specification may not be changed and the supplier is responsible for ensuring that the completed and submitted price and product specification correspond to the one attached to the tender document. All positions in the price and product specification shall be priced.
In the procurement, specified discounts for different product groups will be evaluated in the submitted price list. Future contract prices will be prices in the attached price list minus specified discounts. Future agreements include call-offs within the product groups for which we request a discount.
Estimated value and ceiling volume
The estimated value of the contract during the entire term of the contract, including any extension clauses, amounts to 4500000.
The estimated value and any other quantities stated in the document are based on the turnover of existing framework agreements, expected quantities and what has emerged in the analysis prior to the procurement. No guaranteed volumes are provided. The ceiling volume of the agreement is 5625000
If the turnover of the Framework Agreement achieves the stated ceiling volume or this ratio is expected to occur in the near future, the Orderer has the right to terminate the Framework Agreement until immediate termination. Such a termination does not affect the validity of contracts entered into under the framework agreement.
