Awarding of webinar studio technology for the construction of the webinar studio.

The State Media Center Baden-Württemberg intends to set up a webinar studio. The background to this is the goal of being able to create or conduct professional videos and online seminars for the training and further education of teachers and to be able to design blended learning / eLearning modules professionally. In addition, an opportunity is to be created for the Baden-Württemberg education and cultural sector to create such professional videos or to conduct professional online seminars.

For the construction of the webinar studio, the webinar studio technology is now to be awarded. These include, but are not limited to, the following services:

- Anzeigentechnik (LED-Wand)

- Recording technology (camera technology with facial recognition software and control panel (director))

-Microphone

-Sound

- Illumination speaker

The contractor is to supply and install webinar studio technology that ensures maximum interoperability of the individual technical elements from a technical point of view. In detail, this means:

- The components of the display technology and recording technology and the illumination must be coordinated in such a way as to prevent flickering and flickering (optimal frequency adjustment);

- The illumination of the speaker must be designed in such a way that there is no influence on the display technology (no interference light);

- The microphonics and sound reinforcement must be balanced in the temporal control in such a way that latency (time difference between sound and image transmission) is prevented.
