The contract concerns the supply of electricity, nationally produced and / or imported, administered by a suitable producer or wholesaler, for the period from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021 against a contract entered into on the market free pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 79 of 16.3.1999, for an indicative presumed total of 41 998 MWh / year with certificates of guarantee of origin - production from renewable sources.

The presumed value of the electricity supply, subject to a reduction, is equal to EUR 2 645 874.00 plus VAT - corresponding to the energy component only, excluding ancillary and system charges and taxes - based on the GME PUN index for the year 2021 presumed equal to 63.00 EUR / MWh.

The amount for the general charges relating to the support of renewable energy and cogeneration, the remaining general charges, the components, UC3, UC6 as defined by ARERA and the taxes for the supply of EE (EE GO - production from renewable sources) is equal to presumed 4 199 800.00 EUR + VAT, based on an assumed value of 100.00 EUR / MWh.

The total amount allocated for the contract is presumed to be EUR 6 845 674.00 in addition to VAT (including the energy component, ancillary and system charges).

The amount indicated above must be considered as the maximum expenditure amount.
