The contract notice covers two services:

- the realization of a type 3 alternator visit incorporating a rotor swap on EDF's Arrighi 2 site. The performance will be performed around week 17 of 2024

- the completion of a renovation of the rotor deposited at the end of the type 3 inspection of the Arrighi 2 alternator

The subject of the future consultation is the Type 3 maintenance of the following technology alternator

■ Manufacturer: ALSTOM 2006

■ Type : T240/370

■ Cooling system: TEWAC

The scope of this maintenance is that recommended by the manufacturer for the type 3 inspection of the alternators and must include at least the following activities:

- MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL DURING TESTS BEFORE UNIT STOP

- OPERATING SURVEYS BEFORE AND AFTER STOPPAGE

- ROTOR ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENT

- ELECTRICAL EXCITATION MEASUREMENT TKJ

- ELECTRICAL MEASUREMENT STATOR ALTERNATOR

- DISASSEMBLY MECHANICAL WINDING

- CONTROL OF INSTRUMENTATION

- EXPERTISE IN STATISTICAL WINDING

- EXPERTISE OF THE TERMINAL BOX

- ROSO EXPERTISE

- TKJ EXPERTISE

The services consist of the handover of the alternator rotor deposited as part of the type 3 alternator inspection in 2024 on the Arrighi 2 site.

The services include:

- expertise

- US controls of frets

- replacement of connections

- balancing

- many additional services depending on the results of the expertise

- transport including pick-up from the EDF site and return delivery to the EDF site
