Award of a framework agreement to constitute a "pool" of up to three project authors (multidisciplinary design offices) whose mission will be to program, study, supervise the implementation and monitoring of the execution of development / extension / renovation / upgrading projects (summarized under the name of "Masterplan") for the hospital site of

Jolimont as well as for the hospital site of Nivelles.

The purpose of this procedure is to conclude a framework agreement, the purpose of which is to constitute a "pool" of up to three project authors (multidisciplinary design offices) whose mission will be to program, study, supervise the implementation and monitoring of the execution of development/ extension/renovation/upgrading projects (summarized as the "Masterplan") for the Jolimont hospital site as well as for the Nivelles hospital site.

These works are of various kinds (renovations of care units, upgrading of certain services, development of new activities, possible redevelopment of surroundings / extension of car parks, etc.), and essentially related to obtaining AViQ subsidies via the activation of the m² covered by the "Masterplan".

The bidders will have understood it: without neglecting any form of creativity, the AP expects above all availability, mobilization, efficiency, rigorous management (strict respect for the schedule and budget) and pragmatism on the part of the members of the short-list, who are also called upon to work in hospital institutions that must remain operational during the work, this implies special care to be paid to the maximum limitation of nuisances of all types.

As the PA is in no way a real estate and construction professional, this contract is designed as necessarily including all the services required so that the works that will fall under the "Masterplan" are designed and carried out within the agreed contractual deadlines (in particular with regard to AViQ imperatives), and in accordance with the standards and aspirations of the 21st century in terms of quality of care, well-being at work, sustainability, patient reception and integration into their existing environment.
