3.1. Material scope of the subject of the contract

1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended -: "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding to be carried out in the Baligród Forest District.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of the quantities of works

In the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- Annex 3. - size of works according to the activity.

3) The material ranges listed in Annexes 3 are estimates.

4) A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

In the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as works resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- Annex 3. - size of works according to the activity.

The term of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31/12/2021, subject to:

- artificial renewals, corrections and additions which must be made by 15 May

- logging and skidding by December 15

- crop protection up to November 15,

- cleaning up until November 30

A deposit of PLN 5,000. Detailed point 9 of the ToR.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the PZP, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. These orders will consist of repetition of services similar to those covered by this contract.

Material scope of services which are the subject of the contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 Public Procurement Law will not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this contract.
