The contract has as its object the service of reception and assistance to the public who participates in shows or events of the Foundation or third parties who use the spaces of the Foundation in concession. The services will be carried out in the places of the Foundation or in the places - even outside - falling within the Metropolitan City of Bari where the Foundation carries out its activities.

The contract shall include the activities referred to in Article 1 of the service project.

The contract provides for the reception and assistance to the public, including the accompaniment of disabled people, as part of the activities carried out by the Foundation also in the case of concessions to third parties of the theater;

the management of room services and cloakroom;

the distribution of advertising material;

sales and distribution of booklets, room programs, etc.

during artistic performances and other events and activities planned by the Foundation;

small organizational and logistical tasks such as the preparation and dismantling of rooms (eg.

organization of chairs, setting up of the conference table, etc.), as part of the activities carried out by the Foundation also in the case of concessions to third parties of the theater;

other ancillary activities specified in Article 4 "MODE OF EXECUTION OF THE SERVICE" of the service project.
