The culvert is made of rectangular prefabricated frame elements with a closed cross-section of 200 x 150 cm. The culvert carries rainwater and meltwater from the terrain catchment and the road lane under the road DW 829 in the m. Rokitno in the course of a natural watercourse called "Tributary
in Rokitno".
At the inlet, a longwall ending with wings at an angle of 30° was designed, at the outlet a longwall ending with wings at an angle of 30° was designed.
The condition of the new facility will meet the technical and utility requirements that are required for facilities along provincial roads.

The scope of works includes the reconstruction of the culvert in the town of Warsaw. Rokitno along the provincial road No. 829 Łucka – Łęczna – Biskupice, at km 5+740, in particular through:
- construction of a detour road,
- demolition works of road surfaces, pavements and road bodies,
- demolition works of the existing culvert,
- securing the continuity of water flow in the watercourse,
- earthworks,
- making foundations,
- execution of the through part of the culvert from prefabricated elements,
- execution of the inlet and outlet of the culvert "wet",
- making bonding plates,
- execution of transition plates,
- strengthening of slopes,
- strengthening the watercourse bed at the inflow and outflow,
- reconstruction of the road body, road surface and pedestrian sidewalks,
- setting of protective barriers and balustrades,
The contracting authority shall request subjective means of proof to confirm:
(a) the absence of grounds for exclusion,
(b) fulfilment of the conditions for participation,
2. The contractor shall attach to the tender:
a) the statement referred to in Article 125(1) of the PPL (Single European Procurement Document, hereinafter referred to as the ESPD). The statement constitutes evidence confirming the absence of grounds for exclusion, meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure as at the date of submission of tenders, temporarily replacing the subjective evidence required by the Contracting Authority,
b) a statement on the lack of grounds for exclusion from the Act and the Sanctions Regulation (template - Annex I to the SWZ) and a statement on the lack of grounds for exclusion from the Act and the Sanctions Regulation of a third party (template Annex J to the SWZ - if applicable).
6. Before selecting the most advantageous offer, the Contracting Authority shall call upon the Contractor whose bid was rated the highest to submit, within the prescribed period, not shorter than 10 days, current as at the date of submission of the subjective evidence referred to in points 6.1) and 6.2).
1) In order to confirm the absence of grounds for excluding the Contractor from participation in the proceedings, the Contracting Authority shall demand the following subjective means of evidence:
a) information from the National Criminal Register, prepared not earlier than 6 months before its submission, in the scope of:
Article 108(1)(1) and (2) of the PPL,
Article 108(1)(4) of the PPL, concerning the prohibition of applying for a public contract as a penal measure,
b) the contractor's statement, within the scope of Article 108(1)(5) of the PPL, on the lack of belonging to the same capital group within the meaning of the Act of 16 February 2007 on competition and consumer protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 275, as amended) with another Contractor who submitted a separate offer or a statement on belonging to the same capital group
