the communes of Bourg-En-Bresse, Péronnas, Saint-Denis-Les-Bourg and Viriat constitute the urban core (otherwise known as the urban area) of the Bourg-En-Bresse catchment area. Respectively covered by old generation PLUs dating from 2013, 2007, 2008 and 2007, the multiple modifications of these plans and the taking into account of the latest regulatory and legislative developments have led them to prescribe the revision of their PLU

The services will give rise to the conclusion of a framework agreement type contract with a single economic operator executed as and when subsequent contracts and purchase orders are issued as required.

The maximum amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement is set at EUR 450 000 (excluding tax).

Missions envisaged under subsequent contracts for indicative and provisional purposes:

"Chronological" production missions:

- Preparation of the presentation report

- Development of the PADD

- Development of the regulation and its annexes (including the OAPs)

- Realization of the project arrest file

- accompaniment during the public inquiry phase

- Finalization of the PLU file for approval

- Digitization of the Plu.

"Transversal" production and animation missions, which can be implemented in parallel with the "chronological" missions mentioned above:

- Consultation and citizen animation of the approach

- Environmental Assessment

In addition, each community will be able to issue purchase order contracts according to their needs for the services identified as such in the unit price schedule.
