The Tenderer will be requested to submit Grounds Maintenance & Remediation rates for carrying out the service to properties within The Wrekin Housing Trust's management area.

These will include maintaining all hard and soft landscape areas within the communal grounds and associated areas of The Wrekin Housing Trust's general needs flatted areas. The grounds maintenance services will include grass cutting, maintenance of hard surface areas i.e. pathways, tarmac areas, shrub bed maintenance and any other specialist services (Tree service & maintenance) that are required but are not expressly mentioned that fall under the ownership of The Wrekin Housing Trust.

There is no anticipation that all the properties will require this service over the term of the contract. The site will reduce / increase over the life of the Contract as new developments, Sales of Freeholds & Demolitions, modifications/refurbishments across the Management areas take place.

The tender will be priced on the basis of a Schedule of Rates covering Grounds Maintenance & remediation works, including possible reinstatements.
