The object of the order is to receive and use municipal waste from the area of the Municipality Nowa Ruda. The provision of the service includes:

(a) the collection of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located within the Municipality of Nowa Ruda and the development in an authorised installation for the treatment of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and segregated municipal waste (selectively collected), covering the following types of waste: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-plant packaging waste, biowaste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-sized waste;

(b) collection of municipal waste from owners of uninhabited properties located within the Municipality of Nowa Ruda and development in an authorised installation for the treatment of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and segregated municipal waste (selectively collected) , covering the following types of waste: paper, me

(c) the provision of municipal services for the reception and management of segregated municipal waste (collected selectively) at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) located at 45C Independence Street in Nowa Oda.
