The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the reception and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Kornowac Municipality and the collection and development of waste collected in PSZOK.
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Kornowac Municipality and the collection and development of waste collected in the PSZOK.
2. As part of the contract, the provision of waste collection and management services will apply to the following waste fractions:
1) inhabited from before the property: non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste; paper; plastics, multi-plant packaging waste, metals; glass; biowaste, slag waste; ash from solid fuel heated buildings.
2) received from PSZOKu Kornowac: paper; metals; plastics; glass; multi-plant packaging waste; biowaste; hazardous waste; expired medicines and chemicals; waste not eligible for household medical waste as a result of the intake of products medicinal in the form of injections and monitoring of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; spent batteries and batteries; used electrical and electronic equipment; worn tyres; furniture and other large-size waste; construction and demolition waste; waste of textiles and clothing.
Construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, which the Contracting Authority intends to cover with this order include waste of the following codes: 17 01 01 - concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolitions and repairs, 17 01 03 - waste of other ceramic materials and components equipment, 17 01 07 - mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and equipment elements other than those listed in 17 01 06, 17 09 04 - mixed waste from construction sites, repairs and dismantling other than those listed in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03, 17 06 04 — materials insulation other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03, 17 03 80 — waste papa.
Maintenance and operation of the PSZOK and equipment with containers are provided by the Ordering Party.
3. Before proceeding with the submission of the tender, in order to ensure the proper performance of the service, the Contractor may, upon prior agreement with the Ordering Party, carry out a vision within the PSZOK regarding the type of containers intended for the collection of waste covered by this contract. The above does not constitute the obligation of the Contractor to carry out the vision.
4. The operating entity of the PSZOK is the Municipality Office of Kornowac. The Contracting Authority shall allow a change in the number of containers constituting PSZOK-equipment, as well as the type of containers intended for hazardous waste.
5. Estimated amount of municipal waste for collection and development during the period of execution of the order 2200 Mg (including 280 waste PSZOK.).
6. A detailed description of the item of the order is specified in the SOPZ, which is an annex to the SWZ.
