Temporary relief premises shall be erected in the form of a pavilion building, which shall at first function as relief premises for Damsgård school. A pavillion building is to be placed on the site in Lynghaug parken by Lynghaug school.

An approx. 5 000 m² gross pavilion building shall be established for approx. 400 pupils, with 3 floors in accordance with the attached floor plan, situation plan with a terrain cross section and function description, as well as other annexes.

The pavilion can be adapted to the supplier's modules when preparing the work drawings under the management of the turnkey contractor, but this must not deviate significantly from the builder's proposal for the main form (outer restrictions) and location/size of the area and functions.

Allowances shall be made so that the pavilion shall be established as soon as possible, at the latest early summer 2015 and it shall function for 10-15 years. The contract is for a contract for:

1. Construction and procurement of a pavilion.

The pavilion is to be located on the existing school site in Lynghaugparken, in Dag Hammarskjoldsvei 7 (Lynghaug secondary school), 5144 Fyllingsdalen. A geological report has been written.

The assignment shall be carried out as a turnkey contract based on the attached tender documentation.

The tender must include all relevant disciplines including technical installations, but not ‘mobile’ fittings (user equipment). The foundations and terrain work shall be included in the tender including development of temporary outside areas.

The measure will be within the existing development plan's limitations.

The assignment shall be carried out as a turnkey contract including terrain work and safety work, connection to external technical infrastructure, foundations and delivery and assembly of complete modules.

The turnkey contractor shall be a responsible applicant, in addition to engineering design services and execution.

The builder has not prepared a final progress plan for the completion of the modules, it shall be carried out in as quickly as possible. Progress is one of the criteria for the choice of the turnkey contractor.

The turnkey contractor is responsible for ensuring that all the requirements in the law and regulations for the pavilion building are complied with including complete report drawings for the application for building permission as well as the necessary work drawings. The building shall be a complete school building, approved for school operations including all the relevant laws and rules.
