The current Agreement for courier services (refrigerated transport) expires legally on 31 December 2023. For this reason, a new tender is put on the market.

The assignment consists of the following parts:

- Collecting samples from the cooling units at the relevant locations;

- The refrigerated transport of samples between the various locations of AQUON;

- Placing the samples in the cooling units at the receiving location;

- Delivery of empty packaging to AQUON customers. This packaging is taken from one of the AQUON locations;

- Delivery to the various suppliers.

Contracting authority intends to award on the basis of best PKV, with the quality aspect taking into account 40% and price for 60%.

Intend to enter into Agreement with one supplier, with a term of 4 years + 2 x 1 year renewal option. Total duration max. 6 years.

The estimated figure is approximately € 1,232,000 excl. VAT for the entire contract duration of 6 years.
