The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Głowno, from January 2, 2024 to December 31, 2024, in a way that ensures that the Municipality of Głowno achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of municipal waste subject to biodegradation transferred to landfills, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodship for the years 2019-2025 - taking into account the years 2026-2031, adopted by Resolution No. XXXVI/466/21 of the Łódź Regional Assembly of 28 September 2021 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Voivodeship and the provisions of the Maintenance Regulations cleanliness and lust

2. The area of the Municipality of Głowno is 1 984 ha. The population of the city is. 13 080 inhabitants. The number of people as of 25.04.2023, resulting from the submitted declarations on the amount of fees for municipal waste management – 11,980, of which 4,215 in multi-family housing and 7,765 in single-family housing.
3. The estimated number of properties in single-family housing is 2817
