The Wohnstätte Krefeld Wohnungs-AG intends to build 6 new residential buildings as a three-storey residential building with a staggered floor.

The 6 houses are divided into 4 buildings. The living area is about 4 000 m 2 and spread over a total of 57 apartments.

Cement screed (heating screed): 4 055 m 2

Cement screed staircases and corridors: 590 m 2

Lightweight concrete screed: 750 m 2
