The object of the order is a service consisting of:

1) the receipt of unsegregated (mixed) municipal and segregated waste from inhabited properties located within the Municipal Municipality of Żagań, and their transport to the municipal installation or to the installation of waste recovery and disposal, according to the hierarchy of waste treatment referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012,

2) the provision and conduct of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) within the Community of Żagań with urban status,

3) use of waste recovery or disposal facilities with codes: 20 01 35*, 20 01 36 Waste electrical and electronic equipment, 20 01 34 Batteries and batteries other than those listed in 20 01 31, 20 01 21 Fluorescent lamps and other mercury waste, 20 01 31*, 20 01 32 32 Extuse drugs and chemicals, 20 01 28, 15 01 10* Paints, fats, printing paints, adhesives, baking and resins.

The subject of the agreement is to be implemented in accordance with the timetable and manner specified in: − Resolution No XX/80/2020 of the Żagań City Council of 29.12.2020 on the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Żagań with Municipal Status; − Resolution No XXV/66/2016 of Żagań City Council of 14.07.2016. on the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection of municipal waste from property owners and the development of such waste, in return for the payment of municipal waste management fee paid by the property owners; − Resolution No XXVI/81/2020 of the Council The City of Żagań of December 29, 2020amending Resolution No. XIX/17/2016 of Żagań City Council on the adoption of the Rules of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Żagań. Data concerning the Municipality of Żagań with municipal status: 1) the area of Żagań Municipality with municipal status is 4038 hectares; 2) data as of 13.10.2021.፦ number of properties residing in Żagań city — 2643 properties, - number of residents of Żagań segregating waste, covered waste management system - 20279 persons; 3) the amount of municipal waste received from property owners residing from Żagań city in the first half of 2021 — 3613,48 Mg, of which፦ unsegregated (mixed municipal waste) accounted for 2017,22 Mg, - selectively collected municipal waste - 1596,26 Mg (of which: paper and cardboard packaging 173,02 Mg, glass packaging 235,5 Mg, plastic packaging 296,3 Mg, biowaste 613,46 Mg, furniture and other large-size waste 117.34 Mg, and construction and repair waste - 160,1 Mg, consumed fumes they- 0.54 Mg).

4) quantity of segregated waste collected in PSZOK in the first half of 2021 - 438,28 Mg፦ large-sized waste (code 20 03 07) —214,66 Mg - biodegradable waste (code 20 02 01) - 18,62 Mg, - packs of paper and cardboard (code 15 01 01 01 01) -8,74 Mg Plastic processing (code 15 01 02) -2 ,14 Mg, - packs of glass (code 15 01 07) — 4,62 Mg, - worn tyres (code 16 01 03) — 20,2 Mg, - concrete waste and concrete debris from demolitions and repairs (code 17 01 01) - 143,98 Mg, - consumed electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 35, code 20 01 01 36) — 9,9595 2Mg; 5) liquidation of illegal waste dumps in Żagań city in 2021 — approx. 50 pcs., waste collected during their liquidation — approx. 8 Mg.

The above data should be regarded as indicative quantities. The Contractor shall not be entitled to additional remuneration for achieving other volumes. The Contractor should, when calculating the price of the offer, take into account all available information, take into account the conditions and legal requirements for the municipal waste management system and check the field characteristics, type of development and other, in the area of Żagań Municipality of urban status.
