The rectangular, compact and largely openless building is, due to its classification as
critical infrastructure is planned as a massive reinforced concrete structure. The hillside location is used to integrate the
two-storey building, so that the structure in the north is only perceptible as a single storey
and access is therefore made at ground level on the upper floor. The facade is a double-skin
reinforced concrete wall is planned, and the upper floor also has a rainscreen, smooth sheet metal facade
receives.
Outside, the building is surrounded by an all-round perimeter protection system. Outside
parking spaces including driveway and terrain modelling are planned for this zone.
