RAY (Finland's Slot Machine Association) invites you to submit an offer for Electronic Gaming Machines (later on referred to as EGMs). The EGMs will be purchased for Casino Helsinki and optionally for Casino Vaalimaa and RAY's arcades.

RAY shall choose suppliers for framework agreement by open procedure. Framework agreements will be made with five (5) suppliers unless there are fewer suitable suppliers and admissible tenders that meet the award criteria. The agreement period lasts 2 years. The agreement shall include an option for expanding the contract with 12 months and further with another 12 months.
