Description:
Seeking suppliers for pump supply, installation, maintenance, repair, and hire services across 7 defined lots, allowing for separate bidding on various pump types and services with training and technical support provided at no extra cost.
Pump Supply, Install, Maintenance, Repair and Hire. The objective of this tender is to select suppliers to provide Pump Supply, Install, Maintenance, Repair and Hire Programme services. In responding to this tender, you are confirming you are able to undertake the full suite of services set out in the Framework Agreement and associated schedules for the lots you bid on. The tender is defined by 7 lots, these are considered separate services and Tenderers can tender for one or multiple services. The scope of service being tendered for has been broken down into the following lots: New supply (single sourcing focus): • Lot 1: Submersible pumps (Dry well, Wet well), Mixers, Ancillaries and Spares • Lot 2: Multistage and End Suction Pumps and Spares • Lot 3: Submersible Borehole Pumps and Spares • Lot 4: Progressive Cavity Pumps (sludge & cake) and Spares Maintenance (multiple sourcing to help manage the legacy estate): • Lot 5: Maintenance and Repair of Pumps and other Plant • Lot 6: Pump and other Plant Material Costs • Lot 7: Equipment hire (pumps and ancillary equipment) Submersible pumps (Dry well, Wet well), Mixers, Ancillaries and Spares The supply, installation & commissioning of Submersible Pumps, to include, but not limited to: Mixed Flow Volute (drywell & wet well, inclusive of cutter/grinder), Axial & Mixed Flow Bowl (drywell & wet well), Package Submersible Pumping Stations, Small Submersible Pumps (Sump and Sample Delivery), Submersible Mixers, Aerators, Jet Mixers, Nozzles, Auto Coupling Systems, Guiderail Assemblies, Instrumentation, Local Control Panel, Control Equipment, Accessories, etc and spares associated with the aforementioned. Installation means all work to ensure that the job is completed, this shall include, but not limited to: over-pumping, making safe, decommissioning, design, H&S, CDM, project management, installation, commissioning, testing, handover, training, documentation, etc Training shall be provided to Southern Water on products, software, etc, as well as assistance in developing Southern Water's specifications, standard models, etc. This shall be at no extra cost to Southern Water. Multistage and End Suction Pumps and Spares The supply, installation & commissioning of Multistage and End Suction Pumps, to include, but not limited to: Pumps, Motors, Baseplates, Accumulators, Instrumentation, Accessories, etc and spares associated with the aforementioned. Installation means all work to ensure that the job is completed, this shall include, but not limited to: over-pumping, making safe, decommissioning, design, H&S, CDM, project management, installation, commissioning, testing, handover, training, documentation, etc Training shall be provided to Southern Water on products, software, etc, as well as assistance in developing Southern Water's specifications, standard models, etc. This shall be at no extra cost to Southern Water. Submersible Borehole Pumps and Spares The supply, installation & commissioning of Submersible Borehole Pumps, to include, but not be limited to: Borehole Pumps, Headplates, Riser Pipework, Instrumentation, Control Equipment, Accessories, etc and spares associated with the aforementioned. Installation means all work to ensure that the job is completed, this shall include, but not limited to: over-pumping, making safe, decommissioning, design, H&S, CDM, project management, installation, commissioning, testing, handover, training, documentation, etc. Training shall be provided to Southern Water on products, software, etc, as well as assistance in developing Southern Water's specifications, standard models, etc. This shall be at no extra cost to Southern Water. Progressive Cavity Pumps (sludge & cake) and Spares The supply, installation & commissioning of Progressive Cavity Pumps (sludge & cake), to include, but not limited to: Pumps, Motors, Baseplates, Low Speed Macerators, High Speed Macerators, Instrumentation, Accessories, etc and spares associated with the aforementioned. Installation means all work to ensure that the job is completed, this shall include, but not limited to: over-pumping, making safe, decommissioning, design, H&S, CDM, project management, installation, commissioning, testing, handover, training, documentation, etc Training shall be provided to Southern Water on products, software, etc, as well as assistance in developing Southern Water's specifications, standard models, etc. This shall be at no extra cost to Southern Water. Maintenance and Repair of Pumps and other Plant Specialist maintenance of all equipment listed under Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 (inc the legacy estate) that is not performed in-house by Southern Water plus technical support and training. If the Tenderer is bidding for Lot 5 Southern Water request that the Tenderer also bids for Lot 6. Installation means all work to ensure that the job is completed, this shall include, but not limited to: over-pumping, making safe, decommissioning, design, H&S, CDM, project management, installation, commissioning, testing, handover, training, documentation, etc Training and technical support shall be provided to Southern Water on products, software, etc, as well as assistance in developing Southern Water's specifications, standard models, etc. This shall be at no extra cost to Southern Water. Pump and other Plant Material Costs Spare parts for pumps and other plant for all equipment listed under Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 including the supply of legacy (inc some full replacement pumps) and Non-OEM Spares plus technical support and training. If the Tenderer is bidding for Lot 6 Southern Water request that Tenderer also bids for Lot 5. Training and technical support shall be provided to Southern Water on products, software, etc, as well as assistance in developing Southern Water's specifications, standard models, etc. This shall be at no extra cost to Southern Water. Equipment hire (pumps and ancillary equipment) Equipment hire (mainly pumps) for all equipment listed under Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 plus technical support and training. Installation means all work to ensure that the job is completed, this shall include, but not limited to: over-pumping, making safe, decommissioning, design, H&S, CDM, project management, installation, commissioning, testing, handover, training, documentation, etc. Training and technical support shall be provided to Southern Water on products, software, etc, as well as assistance in developing Southern Water's specifications, standard models, etc. This shall be at no extra cost to Southern Water.
