Support is needed for the One Horton Heath residential development team in the roles of Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor for the Lower Acre project, which includes the construction of 381 new mixed tenure homes.
One Horton Heath Lower Acre – Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveying Services. This service is to perform the role of Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor as support for the One Horton Heath residential development team for the main contract works for the Lower Acre element of the One Horton Heath project, comprising 381 new mixed tenure homes carried out in 8 Sections, starting in February 2025 and completing in March 2028.
