Package IV — Forestry BiałkaThe subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, procurement
and rips of wood to be carried out in Krzeszowice Forest District - Forestry Białka in the year 2022.
The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and lumber rip-off resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ. A detailed description of the work (activities) included in the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No 3 respectively. The kind ranges compiled in Annexes No 3.1 - 3.3 and 3.5., 3.6 are estimated.
A detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the SWZ.
Descriptions of the action codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.
