2M-IT Oy (also called the Subscriber) establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for direct recruiting services.

Organizations that provide direct recruiting services may submit applications to participate in the dynamic purchasing system throughout its duration. For dynamic purchasing systems, all candidates who have submitted a request to participate and meet the eligibility criteria for candidates will be accepted. The eligibility requirements are described in the ESPD form attached to the request for participation and in the Additional Terms section of the request for participation.

Purchases are made within a dynamic purchasing system with separate invitations to tender. With a dynamic purchasing system, we obtain, among others: the following direct recruiting services: management direct search and expert-level search; mm. project manager, ICT architect, lawyer, specially appointed high-level ICT expert (eg cyber security, information management). In addition, the recruitment services that can be purchased may be so-called. hybrid searches that combine, for example, direct search and some / media search.
