WIJeindhoven Foundation needs a new control system due to the expiry of the agreement with the current supplier as of 1.7.2020. Since the new control system is based on the no-code development platform of WEM and the “Proof of Concept” phase is proceeding very smoothly, WIJeindhoven wishes to contract a supplier in the short term for the acquisition of one “Light Enterprise Edition” license via one of WEM its license partners as of 1.7.2020. Although the new control system is being fully developed for the WIJeindhoven Foundation, the license of WEM must be purchased for the technical management and maintenance of the underlying platform by WEM.

The tender involves the acquisition of one “Light Enterprise Edition” license through one of WEM's licensing partners. The “Light Enterprise Edition” license covers the use of all internal and external users. The maximum number of competitor sessions, page requests and database size do not apply to this agreement.
