The purpose of this contract is to draft reports and summary documents on behalf of the ANSM. The incumbent must therefore ensure written coverage of various bodies, debates or meetings.

The purpose of lot 1 is to draft reports and summary documents for meetings of consultative bodies relating to personnel, the Board of Directors, the health products information committee and the interface committees with stakeholders. In addition, certain internal and external meetings such as management seminars or staff meetings may also be covered by the service provider. The writing of reports and summary documents means the transcription of the debates written mainly in French and in indirect style in the form of one of the five types of deliverables indicated in the CCTP. The incumbent performs the following missions in particular:

- taking notes on the spot and recording the debates;

- the drafting in French of a complete report, an improved or revised report, a classic or standard summary, a summary note or a statement of conclusions;

- the corrections to be made.

The purpose of lot 2 is to draft reports and summary documents of mainly scientific meetings:

- the ANSM Scientific Council,

- the permanent scientific committees,

- temporary scientific committees,

- scientific committees with public hearings,

- the Scientific Council of Epiphare,

- other scientific meetings.

The incumbent performs the following missions in particular:

- taking notes on the spot and recording the debates;

- the drafting in French of a complete report, an improved or revised report, a classic or standard summary, a summary note or a statement of conclusions;

- the corrections to be made to the reports, summaries at the request of the ANSM.

Within the framework of meetings of an essentially scientific nature and at the request of the ANSM, the holder may be required to make a written translation of the discussions from English into French in order to make a deliverable in French.
