Dortmund University of Applied Sciences.

The tender relates to the services:

- maintenance, basic and external cleaning,

- Glass/frame cleaning

The services are incurred in four lots with subtrades. The lots were divided from a technical point of view.

The details are contained in the “lot information” attachment. The client reserves the right to increase and/or reduce the surfaces and intervals to be cleaned.

The allocation of services can take place per lot and as a total award of several lots if a suitable bidder has submitted the most economical offer for several lots.

The individual allocation of trades is not envisaged.

Offers can be submitted for one lot or for several lots, also for all lots. Within the lots, all trades with all individual services are to be offered.
