The subject of the contract is the rental of LED lighting decorations along with their delivery, arrangement, installation, commissioning, maintenance, uninstallation, disassembly and removal from the place of installation after Christmas, in the city of Zielona Góra, located in the Ducal Park in Zaton, according to the plan with the location of objects being Annex 1 to OPZ and in the Deptak as described in point 3. Elements of decoration must be new and unused and have a manufacturer's certificate confirming that the product was manufactured in the year of order fulfillment.

The contractor will use professional LED lamps, i.e. those whose brightness will not fall below 80% of the initial brightness of lighting in the first period of operation. Failure to meet the condition will require the Contractor to replace the entire lighting material. The presented decoration projects and offered decorations should reflect the historic decor and cultural atmosphere of the park and the promenade as well as the aesthetics of the space in an original way, allowing for the most interesting visual effects and at the same time using energy-saving LED lighting. Free-standing spatial decorations must be selected for the park space and buildings of the Old Market Square.
