The subject of the contract is: successive collection, transport and management of waste with the code 19 12 10 - in the amount of 11 000 Mg, the Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the order under the option right up to 40% of the value of the basic scope. If the contractor's right of option is not exercised, there is no claim against the Ordering Party.

The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management of waste with the code
19 12 10 – combustible waste (alternative fuel) generated in the Department of Mechanical Waste Treatment at the Waste Recovery and Disposal Plant.
1. The contract includes:
Transport of waste from the site of its manufacture, i.e. the Waste Recovery and Disposal Plant at 7a Milowicka Street in Katowice together with its development in accordance with the decision.
Whereas the waste is issued to the Contractor shall pass all the benefits and burdens associated with it and the danger of accidental loss or damage thereof, and in particular he assumes responsibility for, and due handling of the waste.
Organization and cost of transport on the Contractor side.
2. Loading
Loading of waste by the Ordering Party may take place from Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 21:00 and, by prior arrangement on Saturdays from 6:30 to 13:00. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to be ready for daily collection.
The Ordering Party determines the collection of waste in the amount of at least 500 Mg / week – in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party.

3. Short characteristics of waste
Waste code: 19 12 10 — combustible waste (alternative fuel)
Waste with a granulation of up to 40 mm generated in the process of mechanical treatment of mixed municipal waste (waste code 20 03 01), from the over-sieve fraction.
Fuel parameters:
- Calorific value – 10 ÷ 12 MJ/kg
- Humidity – up to 35%
- Chlorine – max 0.8%
