We are looking for an API Manager solution (APIM).

The product will implement standard APIM functions such as API access control, API protection, versioning and API governance, business value reporting, deployment flexibility, developer portal customization, …

The product will support industry standard protocols (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) on the whole set of features.

APIM solution has to evolve continuously to support the existing set of Elia Group use cases and to support future (not yet known) use cases.

APIM product will be self-managed by Elia Group and can run both on premises (internal cloud) and on Elia managed public cloud subscriptions.

APIM product license(s) will come with support service(s) (24/7) to help Elia Group APIM center of expertise team to run, maintain and improve APIM services.

The contract is awarded as a single Lot that comprises the followings:

• Software

o Access to files, builds, repositories needed to deploy and install the software

• Licenses to use the software

o Entitlement to run the software according to agreed terms and conditions

• Support

o Access to documentation, resources, and support service with agreed SLA

• Training

o Offer for training services
