The subject of the contract are services entitled Comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses and canals, water reservoirs in the area of NW Sandomierz and Opatów.

The Contracting Authority divided the order into the following parts:

Part I – Conservation of the Czyżówka River "Ożarów-Vistula Canal"

Part II – Conservation (removal of blockages and mowing of slopes) catchment of the Opatówka river from the sources to Żychawa

Part III – Comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses, canals, water reservoirs in the area of NW Sandomierz.

The subject of the contract is the service entitled Conservation of the Czyżówka River "Ożarów-Vistula Canal"

The service will consist in: mechanical mowing with flail mowers of dense, hard lichens from the slopes of the watercourse along the entire length (in the case of a residual swath, rake and fold on the upper edges of the slopes); manual mowing in places inaccessible to mechanical equipment; hacking plants in the bottom and depositing spoil on the upper edges of the watercourse, along with fragmentation and spreading of the extracted spoil; cutting bushes from slopes (without grubbing) with simultaneous shredding of the spoil with a chipper; restoring the natural flow in the riverbed by clearing natural obstacles, blockages, damming locally along the entire length.

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the contract for Part I, the terms of implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include: Description of the subject of the contract for Part I, Part II and Part III constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Model contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ

The subject of the contract is the service entitled Maintenance (removal of blockages and mowing of slopes) catchment of the Opatówka river from the sources to Żychawa

The service will consist of: cutting fascine suckers, bushes; manual cutting of medium density shrubs and grasses from bank slopes along with the export of the obtained biomass; removing blockages, felled, hanging and threatening trees; cleaning of municipal garbage with disposal; restoration of natural flow in the trough.

Location of works:

Maintenance Kania – at km 1 + 150 – 1 + 200, 1+365 – 1+434. msc. Opatów, Opatów commune

Maintenance Opatówka – in km, 31+900 – 32+900; 41+600 - 42-200, 43+300 - 44+100 months. Opatów, Opatów commune, Malice Kościelne, Lipnik commune

Maintenance Marcinkowska – at km 0+000 -3+000 msc. Opatów, Marcinkowice, Opatów commune.

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the contract for Part II, the terms of implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include: Description of the subject of the contract for Part I, Part II and Part III constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Model contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ

The subject of the contract is the service entitled Comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses, canals, water reservoirs in the NW Sandomierz

Part III includes the following tasks:

- Construction of bank holes and ongoing maintenance of the Chorzelowski Canal, mowing, hacking, removing blockages, cutting bushes,

- Ongoing maintenance of the Zaldówka watercourse – felling trees from bank slopes in the msc. Iwaniska,

- Current maintenance of the Tributary from Mucharzewo, removal of blockages, cutting shrubs, mowing, hacking

- Current maintenance of the Trzcianka River, removal of point blockages / beaver dams along with cutting shrubs on the river slopes,

- Ongoing maintenance of the Koprzywianka River, removal of point blockages from fallen trees lying in the riverbed along with cutting bushes on the river slopes,

- Current maintenance of Kozinka removal of point blockages / beaver dams along with cutting bushes on slopes, mowing slopes, bottom hacking,

- Ongoing maintenance of the Tributary from under the Lakes removal of point blockages / beaver dams along with cutting bushes on slopes, mowing slopes, hacking the bottom,

- Current maintenance of the Piskorzeniec River, removal of point blockages / beaver dams along with cutting bushes on slopes, mowing slopes, hacking the bottom,

- Cleaning (desilting) of expansion tanks at the pumping stations Koćmierzów, Szewce.

Depending on the watercourse, the service will consist of min. on: carrying out works including: mowing lichens from the slopes of the watercourse, hacking plants rooting in the bottom with ejection and spoil beyond the upper edge of the slopes; cutting shrubs from the slopes of the watercourse, removing local blockages and demolishing beaver dams along with conducting environmental supervision. In addition, there are works in the field of special – mountaineering felling or pulling out of deep beds of hard-to-reach trees. On one of the watercourses, there will also be the construction of 2 bank breaches and the execution of slope insurance in the form of a shoreshield and a palisade.

In the case of works on expansion tanks at pumping stations – works involving the cleaning of tanks from accumulated silt and vegetation along with the removal of extracted sludge are to be carried out. Cleaning of the tank at the Koćmierzów pumping station will mostly be possible with the help of mechanical equipment, excavators, etc. by entering the tank an existing ramp. However, work on the Szewce reservoir will require both the use of mechanical equipment (excavators with a long boom) and manual workers. Access to the tank is restricted. All works, damage caused within the pumping station as a result of the passage of mechanical equipment, e.g. damaged cube, etc. need to be repaired.

Depending on the watercourse, it will additionally be necessary to conduct environmental supervision over the work performed. The detailed scope of tasks performed as part of the environmental supervision for Part III is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
