The successful bidder is obliged to carry out the conservation and exploitation operations and activities included in "Group I", "Group II" and "Group III" that will be described below, as well as, where appropriate, to make available to the contract, the facilities that are also specified.
These operations will be carried out on the road sections detailed in the PPTP as the main ones.
For the non-main sections detailed in the PPTP, the use of the communications service is contracted and, when expressly ordered by the Director, specific surveillance services will be provided in these sections and the operations indicated by the Director will be carried out.
The successful bidder is obliged to carry out the conservation operations and activities included in "Group I", "Group II" and "Group III" that will be described below, as well as to make available to the contract the facilities that are also specified in the PPTP.
These operations will be carried out on the road sections detailed in the PPTP as the main ones.
For the non-main sections detailed in the PPTP, the use of the communications service is contracted and, when expressly ordered by the Director, specific surveillance services will be provided in these sections and the operations indicated by the Director will be carried out.
In these non-main sections:
• The use of the communications service is considered to be included in the Group I subscription and will not be subject to a separate subscription.
• Specific surveillance services, regardless of their schedules, will only be paid separately when they are carried out by teams other than those exclusively dedicated to Group I operations. In this case, it will be considered a Group III operation and will be paid out of its budget.
• Such other operations as may be ordered by the Director, except in the case of Group I operations and carried out during working hours by teams assigned exclusively to Group I operations, shall be considered Group III operations and shall be paid out of the Director's budget.
Brief summary of the conservation and exploitation operations and activities included in the different Groups:
• Group I Operations
Group I operations include those corresponding to the works and services necessary to obtain aid for the road and operation and a condition of the constituent elements of the road that ensure the normal road and safety conditions that correspond to the characteristics of each of the sections covered by the contract. as well as those necessary to carry out the studies, management, monitoring and establishment of information prescribed in the contract and those to support the operation. In order to carry out these Group I operations, the materials consumed will be credited, and the materials indicated in the "Group I Materials" Partial Budget will be used for this purpose.
• Group II Operations
Group II operations include those corresponding to the works and associated units of work necessary for the maintenance of the constituent elements of the road with the levels of quality closest possible to those desirable for each of them and according to the classification of each section, taking into account the state of the element in question. priorities and available resources.
• Group III Operations
These are those which, without being included in Group I or Group II, need to be carried out in the main sections of the contract in the opinion of the Director, who must specifically order them.
Also included in this group III:
a) Those operations that the director orders to be carried out in the non-main sections of the contract in order to deal with emergencies, urgencies or other exceptional matters.
(b) Where appropriate, the specific, systematic or sporadic monitoring services ordered by the director in the non-main tranches of the contract.
(c) The preparation of studies for urgent improvements that the contract manager deems necessary to propose to the superiors.
Also included in the contract are the facilities for the execution of the contract and their maintenance. The Successful Bidder shall make available to the contract the facilities indicated in Annex No. 3 of the PPTP.
In the documents corresponding to installations that are presented in the bids, the provisions of the Specification of Particular Administrative Clauses of this Contract will be followed.
The installations must comply with the applicable urban planning regulations and other provisions in force and must be well accessible to the road network.
