The Contracting Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably interested and qualified Services Providers who can provide all the following works and services (as principle contractor) including but not limited to and subject to change:

— Day to Day Reactive Maintenance, Voids and Out of Hours Works, to the relevant current British Standards;

— Planned maintenance/ improvement work packages to the relevant current British Standards, this includes.

Complete Kitchens and Bathroom installations including all associated works.

Complete Windows and Doors Installations including all associated works.

Complete Central Heating and Boiler installations including all associated works.

— Planned Installation, maintenance and repair of roofing works;

— Installation, renewal, upgrading, period inspection, servicing, testing and maintenance of electrical wiring to current (and revised as appropriate) British Standards;

— Housing Stock Condition Surveys and Energy Performance Certificate, to the relevant current British Standards, the provision of all or part of these services and the like to social dwellings, sheltered schemes and supported and special needs housing (but not limited to) properties owned or managed by the Contracting Authority.

The Service Providers will be required to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides value for money to the Contracting Authority and their customers whether tenants or leaseholders. The Contracting Authority is interested in Service Providers who can provide regional coverage in line with their regional offices. The contracting Authority intends procure 5 contracts.

The estimated cost of the works are an estimated forecast only and individual contracts if the procurement proceeds may be split into lower values to reflect the works; The Contracting Authority does not guarantee any works or the value of the works in relation to this notice. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to withdraw from this procurement procedure at any time. Bidders are to be responsible for the costs and expenses they incur.

The Service Providers will be required to fully integrate their IT services with the contracting authority (Accent), allowing live reporting through from mobile devices used by site operatives directly into the contracting authority's IT system, and shared reporting of financial and service performance. All reporting shall be via electronic means. This is a prerequisite of the contract.
