This procurement covers Värnamo municipality's, Värnamo Energi AB and Värnamo Kommunala Industrifastigheter AB (VKIAB) need for framework agreements for craft services in the construction specialist area within Värnamo municipality's geographical area.
Framework agreements will be signed with all tenderers who meet the requirements laid down in the procurement documents.
Assignments during the framework agreement period include both ongoing service work and smaller contracts. However, bidders may not participate in the ranking for ongoing service work in cases where they only wish to participate in renewed competitive tendering of smaller contracts.
The assignment includes, among other things, installation, adjustment, service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, removal, dismantling, rebuilding and new construction work as well as simple construction and design work as well as other work normally occurring in the specialist area. The assignment includes both internal and external work.
Ongoing service work (estimated value up to and including SEK 300,000.00 per call-off) will be ordered according to ranking. Framework agreement suppliers will be ranked according to the outcome of this procurement. The ranking may be adjusted during the framework agreement period.
Smaller contracts (estimated value exceeding SEK 300,000.00 per call-off) will be called off after renewed competitive tendering where all framework agreement suppliers will be invited to participate.
Estimated value of the procurement: SEK 75 million
Maximum value of procurement (ceiling volume): SEK 100 million
Of the stated values, 98% refer to Värnamo municipality, 1% to Värnamo Energi AB and 1% to VKIAB.
No specific volume is guaranteed. If the ceiling volume is achieved, the framework agreements no longer have any effect. The buyer is entitled to early termination of the framework agreements if the ceiling volume is in danger of being exceeded during the contract period, this with a six-month notice period.
