— the supply and delivery of electricity, in a single contract, to the points of delivery of the contracting authority's sites,

— the task of balance manager as defined in Article L. 321-15 of the Energy Code,

- services associated with the supply of electricity: billing, customer relations and DSO, annual summary management sheet, etc.

The contract is therefore a single contract for the supply and delivery of electricity with a distinction on the invoices of the prices relating to the supply on the one hand, the prices for transport on the other hand and the various taxes applicable according to the legislation in force.
