The subject of the Order is the delivery of 5 brand new identical trucks Van Type B with specialized bodies, manufactured not earlier than in 2021, meeting the conditions for admission to road traffic in accordance with applicable law, including in particular the provisions of the Act of 20.06.1997 on road traffic, (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 988) and having a steering wheel on the left side, for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Krakowie.
It is required that the cars meet the requirements of the exhaust emission standard in force on the day of delivery in terms of the limit values for diesel vehicles.
The buildings delivered under the contract should meet the following requirements:
1. The weight of the offered bodies will not exceed the maximum permissible weight specified by the Ordering Party, i.e. 295 kg for complete type B bodies;
2. The offered rack bodywork, including fasteners, hooks, shelves, drawers, fronts, load-bearing elements, should consist of components from the catalogue of one manufacturer; it is not allowed to use substitutes outside the manufacturer's catalog. The Contractor confirms the above by submitting a bill of materials with the part numbers of the building;
3. The Contractor should have a certificate confirming the positive crash tests of the body according to the European standard, e.g. ECE R17 and the floor according to the European standard, e.g. ECE, TUV or ISO;
4. The Contractor should have certificates for all components of the building, including:
- fixing brackets,
- shelves,
- drawers,
- queues,
- support frames,
