Accommodation and care of asylum seekers with special care and / or care needs in the Free State of Saxony.

The award aims to provide housing capacity for 90 places, housing, care and catering for asylum seekers and refugees with special care needs as initial reception facilities for asylum seekers and refugees at a location in the metropolitan areas around Dresden, Leipzig or Chemnitz im Free State of Saxony. The new assignment for the object is planned from 1.8.2019 and has a term until 31.7.2021 with the option of renewal for the client by up to one year, but no later than 31.7.2023. In the event that a contract award procedure can not yet be completed by contract, the contract may be extended for the period required to complete the award.
