Essentially, the following services are to be performed:

- Roof covering with aluminium standing seam profile panels, thermal insulation on reinforced concrete ceiling approx. 460 m²

- Roof covering with aluminium standing seam profile panels, including trapezoidal sheet metal approx. 7 m²

- Partial demolition of Kalzip roof on trapezoidal steel sheeting, approx. 5m²

- Doppelstehfalz-Blecheindeckung, ca. 13 m²

- Sheet metal façade cladding, approx. 70 m²

- Facade cladding corrugated iron and slats, approx. 70 m²

- Regenentwässerung;

The district of Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen is carrying out the general renovation of the Geretsried school centre. For this purpose, the services announced here and to be provided in the course of procurement are required for the trade sheet metal work BA4 - metal coverings in construction phase 4 (see II. 1.4).
