The purpose of this procedure is to clean and maintain the early childhood establishments in the City of Nanterre. It was preceded by a consultation declared without follow-up. The services are the subject of a single batch. The market includes a firm phase and an optional phase depending on the sites to be cleaned. An optional visit is planned before the tenders are submitted. The contract is planned for an initial period of one year. The market will start on 27.10.2020 at the earliest. If the notification takes place after the date set previously, the market will begin on the date of notification. The contract is tacitly renewable three times per period of one year.

The object of this contract is the cleaning and maintenance of early childhood establishments in the City of Nanterre. The services are the subject of a single batch, divided into firm and optional sections. The optional tranche can be strengthened at any time during the execution of the contract. The execution of the optional phase is conditioned by the decision of the contracting authority which will be notified one month before the desired start of the services to the contractor. There is no provision for a minimum amount; the maximum amount is set at EUR 600,000 excluding tax annually.
