The service offered consists mainly of the following tasks:
- Delivery of eligible energy savings pursuant to the Agreement of 16.12.2016 with adjustments of 1.11.2017 on the Energy Companies' energy saving efforts (hereinafter "the Energy Saving Agreement") and Executive Order no. ).
Three partial agreements are offered:
- Sub-agreement 1: Dinel A / S,
- Sub-agreement 2: TREFOR Varme A / S,
- Sub-agreement 3: TREFOR El-Net A / S.
of every 10 000 000 kWh of reportable energy savings, all of which must be delivered before 1.1.2020. The supplier must clearly state whether bids for sub-agreement 1, sub-agreement 2 and / or sub-agreement 3 are included, including whether bids are offered with different prices for the sub-agreements.
Delivery of eligible energy savings pursuant to the Agreement of 16 December 2016 with adjustments of 1.11.2017 on the Energy Companies' energy saving efforts (hereinafter "the Energy Saving Agreement") and Executive Order No. 1622 of 18 December 2017 on energy saving services in grid and distribution companies (hereinafter "the Executive Order") .
The winning bidder undertakes with this agreement to supply 10,000,000 documented and realized energy savings to Dinel A / S. The agreed amount of energy savings can be delivered on an ongoing basis and must be delivered no later than 1 January 2020.

The winning bidder undertakes with this agreement to deliver 10,000,000 documented and realized energy savings to TREFOR Varme A / S. The agreed amount of energy savings can be delivered on an ongoing basis and must be delivered no later than 1 January 2020.
