By means of this tender, Stark wants to conclude a framework agreement with three service providers who are able to implement the hiring of flexible workers for 'green functions'. The temporary workers are currently deployed to deal with peaks due to seasonal work and replacement due to illness and leave. The peak is mainly in the growing season, but is highly dependent on the weather. In general, the temporary workers are hired in the period May-September. The purpose of this public European tender is to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of three contract parties who are able to supply flexible workers (within the scope of the contract). The three contracting parties are given the opportunity to submit a quotation for each request by means of mini competitions.

An estimate has been made of the expected order size based on historical purchase data. In 2019, EUR 125,000 was spent on hiring flexible workers for 'green functions'. This is expected to be about the same for the coming years. The amounts stated are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee for the future consumption pattern.
