The contract will be concluded with a single economic operator, which may be a temporary group of joint or joint undertakings. Where the contract is awarded to a grouping, no form shall be imposed

the project management mission includes the following mission elements:

1. Pre-project studies (avp),

2. Project studies (Pro),

3. Assistance to the contracting authority in the award of public works contracts (Act),

4. Examination of compliance with the project of the implementation studies (Visa),

5. The Directorate for the Execution of Works Contracts (det);

6. Assistance to the contracting authority in the operations of acceptance of the works and during the guarantee period of perfect completion of the works (Aor).

8. In complementary mission No. 2: topography mission and demarcation

9. In complementary mission No. 3: mission to assist in land acquisition

10. In complementary mission No. 4: assembly, monitoring and assistance in the assembly of building permits
