The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services by two electric buses in the city and municipality of Grodzisk Mazowiecki as part of public transport – organized by the Ordering Party as part of local public transport on communication line No. 0 in the period from 01.09.2023 to 31.08.2026.

1. Transport will be carried out within the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Grodzisk Mazowiecki as the Organizer of public transport as part of public transport.

2. The transport will be carried out by 2 (two) Solaris Urbino 9 Electric buses purchased by the Municipality of Grodzisk Mazowiecki as a result of the investment project "Green lungs of Mazovia – development of urban mobility in the municipalities of the south-western part of the province" implemented under the Regional Operational Programme of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship for 2014-2020. The buses are designed to transport passengers in Grodzisk public transport. The Municipality of Grodzisk Mazowiecki will lend these vehicles to the Operator together with additional equipment (including two chargers, one two-outlet and one single-outlet charging station for electric buses with a capacity of 120 kW) and diagnostic equipment in the event of obtaining authorization.
