The subject of the contract is the collection and management through the process of processing and recovery of waste with the code 191212 - Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 from the Municipal Installation in Gwiazdów, Sławno commune in the amount of about 7000 Mg divided into or interchangeably:
a. 6 500 Mg – waste from mechanical sorting of unsegregated municipal waste with code 200301, the so-called "over-sieve fraction", above 80 mm.
b. 500 Mg – waste from mechanical sorting of separately collected waste.
The waste has a solid form. Waste transferred for development will be transported by the Contractor at his expense.
Waste code 19 12 12 may be contaminated with other waste such as sand, fine glass, plastic, etc. and precipitation of waste in unbreaked bags.

as precipitation/impurities, biodegradable fractions, glass, metal parts, mineral waste, including construction substances and hazardous waste shall be established.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of waste specified in point 1.1. The amount of waste may decrease or increase, according to the needs of the Ordering Party. A change in the amount of waste results in a change in the Final Remuneration of the Contractor. Failure to complete the entire scope of the contract may not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party.
Waste collection will take place on working days from 7:00 to 12:00. Place of waste loading - Municipal Installation in Gwiazdów, Sławno commune.
The Recipient should have the ability to collect from the Ordering Party a minimum of 20 Mg of waste per day, on working days between 7:00 and 12:00.
Waste transferred for management will be transported by the Contractor at his expense. Settlement of the amount of waste will take place on the basis of evidence from weighings from the legalized goods scale indicated by the Ordering Party:
a. located in the Municipal Installation in Stardowie, gm. Sławno
or substitutably
b., located in Sławno at 53 Chełmoński Street
Waste transferred for management will be transported by the Contractor at his expense. The Contractor will be obliged to collect from the Ordering Party a minimum of 20 Mg of waste per day, on working days between 7:00 and 12:00, these are the working hours of the Municipal Installation in Gwiazdów. In exceptional situations justified by circumstances, it is allowed to collect waste outside the above time interval, after prior arrangement of the time of collection with the representative of the Ordering Party. In the event that the Municipal Installation in Gwiazdowo prepares a larger amount of waste than described above, the Company will inform the Recipient about it, at least 1 day in advance, indicating the amount of waste. In such a situation, the Recipient will make the collection in accordance with the offer constituting Appendix No. 1.
The collection of waste will be confirmed by waste transfer cards.
At the time of transfer on the basis of the waste transfer cards by the Ordering Party to the Contractor, the Contractor assumes responsibility for the seized waste, for proper handling of it and for the consequences resulting from it.
In order to properly prepare the offer, potential Contractors are obliged to familiarize themselves with the waste collection area and its surroundings in order to estimate by the Contractors, on their own responsibility, the costs and risks, all data that may be necessary to prepare the offer and sign the resulting contract.
Contractors to whom the contract will be awarded are obliged to familiarize themselves with the health and safety rules in force at the facility before proceeding with the implementation of services, in order to ensure work safety.
Loading of waste will take place with the Equipment of the Ordering Party, and the Contractor will be obliged to substitute a container or other equipment adapted to transport a given type of waste for the time of loading. This cost wi
