The Term Maintenance Contract is for both Passenger Lifts and Domestic Lifts (through floor lifts, stair lifts, hoists etc.)in residential properties.

Passenger lifts will be covered by a fully Comprehensive Contract (Servicing, Call-outs, Repairs and Supplementary Testing) and Dommestic Lifts will be covered by a fixed proce arrangement for servicing with repairs charged as per a schedule of rates.
